Description

An original early 1980s Fender Japan JV serial Strat bridge for Fender logo ST65 and Squier logo SST45, SST50 Strats.  It is in relic condition with rust and patina on the chrome and original nickel saddles.  It has the period correct JV serial thin script font on the saddles distinctive to JV and A serial Fenders.  A modern painted Fender Japan alloy block is fitted and the trem bar is firm, trem arm tension screw is fitted.  The original Zinc block is included but the threads are worn out,  there is also an extra spring hole drilled see pics.  It has a standard Fender reissue screw spacing of 56mm and will fit USA Fenders and any USA spec body.  It has an all over relic appeal to it and would be great for a relic build.  It comes with 3 x original trem springs and the trem claw with screws.  All screws turn and work well and I have replaced one of the low E string saddle grub screws with a new one.

  • Screw spacing = 56mm

  • Modern Fender Japan painted alloy block (Fitted)

  • Original 3 x trem springs/claw
