NOS Teisco Kawai Sakai style loaded pickguard made in Japan 5.2k + 5.16k – All electronics working

Description

A NOS loaded pickguard with definite Teisco/Kawai traits and pickups that I associate with Sakai who incidentally were built by Teisco/Kawai and Matsumoku.  Well it’s a mystery but I did find the same example on an unbranded guitar that had definite Teisco/Kawai attributes.  It has not been mounted but does have numerous scratches and scrapes on the guard and pickup covers, see pics.  All electronics work with 500k pots and the front pickup reads 5.2k and the bridge 5.16k.  It does not come with mounting screws or knobs.
