Vintage mystery pickguard thin 3ply

Description

I don’t really know what this is but it has always intrigued me.  I got it in a large batch of pickguards from the States that had all sorts of vintage Gibson archtop and EB bass guards in it and some odd stuff like Burns.  It is thin 3 ply black/white/black with some wear.

• Aprox 166mm on the diagonal
• 64mm deep
• Hole spacing 100mm centre to centre
