Description

This pickup is designed to sit square in the middle of the sound hole and the back plate is 102mm long so your sound hole diameter has to be smaller than 102mm with sufficient room for the top and back plate lip to clamp down. The top of the pickup sits approx 6mm above the top of the guitar, please use these measurements to decide whether it will suit your guitar.

A rare vintage Gold foil acoustic sound hole pickup possibly Teisco/Kawai but I have never seen one like this.  It is in vintage condition with patina on the chrome and some corrosion,  see pics.  It is in great working condition with no crackle,  the knobs sit quite high on this one compared to other soundhole pickups I have.  It has a clear dynamic sound similar to the Gold foil electric pickups and I am getting about 5.33k on the meter with a 1 meter lead attached.   It does not come with a lead or box and it has 3.5mm jack on the control box.  It is designed to clamp into the soundhole of an acoustic guitar and has spring loaded bar that is tightened with the 2 screws either side.   The pickup body is 70mm long x 29mm wide and approx 8mm tall.
