James Burton Telecaster – Pickup install

Description

Brisbane guitarist and collector Dennis brought in his 1992 James Burton Signature Tele for some work.  It needed a pickup replacement and some clean up from previous rough wiring.  Dennis bought it from the Trading Post years ago missing the original Lace Sensors which had been swapped out for a full set of Gold Sensors.  Dennis had acquired a full set of originals brand new comprising of a Blue (Neck), Silver (Middle and Red (Bridge).  I did a little clean up after the original novice pickup install and gave it new strings with a set up.  This is the first Burton I have seen let alone worked on so it was a great job.
